Where is beamthru currently available?

beamthru is currently available to users across the EU.

For Path Sharers, we're starting with France, Germany and Luxembourg. We're working on expanding to more countries, stay tuned!

How is pricing determined?

Path Sharers have the flexibility to set their own prices within a range defined by beamthru, based on their background and what they offer.

All prices are clearly shown upfront, with no hidden fees.

What about refunds?

Don't worry, your peace of mind is our priority. A full refund is guaranteed if:

• Your Path Sharer doesn't respond to your booking request within 24 hours.
• You cancel the booking at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start.
• You are on time for the session, but the Path Sharer doesn't show up.

Why "Path Sharer" and not "Mentor"?

A mentor implies hierarchy. A Path Sharer is simply someone who's been through a similar experience and is open to sharing how it went.

On beamthru, what matters is relevance, not seniority. Every experience carries value. If yours overlaps with a path someone else is about to take, that's exactly what we're here for.

Are there any best practices or guidelines?

While we encourage open and honest sharing, we also have a few important guidelines to protect everyone involved:

• Keep things confidential
• Respect the purpose
• Keep it professional, even when it's casual

Can I become a Path Sharer?

If you've walked a meaningful career path and you're open to sharing how it went, you're welcome to join as a Path Sharer! (We do ask for at least 2 years of full-time work experience, internships not included.)
